Vetting Process Tradespeople provide several forms of identification which we use to check their authenticity. These items include driving license, passport, trade body membership number and certificates as well as photo ID and verified contact details. Tradespeople who do not fulfil our vetting criteria will not be accepted onto the platform. Report Abuse Both tradespeople and customers have the capability, in-app, to report a user. In the event a user is reported, we will investigate and act swiftly and accordingly, in line with our terms and conditions. Live Support We provide live support within our in-app messaging service. Support agents will respond to requests as quickly as possible. In the event that we are receiving high volumes of requests, you may experience a delayed response time.
